From a letter written to the staff at Mater Dei Adult Day Health:

Dear Friends at Mater Dei ADH,

Our heartfelt 'Thank You' for your thoughtful card and personal notes of condolence, and for all the concern, consideration, and caring beyond care for all the many months that our mom was there.

Though at times it was hard to get her up and out of the house, we feel she benefited so much from coming there.  Mater Dei, PCA Home Health Care and family formed an irreplaceable partnership for a better quality of life in her declining years, without which we could not have kept her home with us.

Please know that we are grateful to you and appreciate all you have done for her and for us.

Also, her picture in your brochure touched our hearts and really meant a lot to her family!!
