Y Adult Day Health-Our Mater Dei Adult Day Health Program provides a great place for your family member to spend the day.  Our program is located across the street from our nursing home.

Y Rehabilitation and Post-hospital Care-We provide short-term rehabilitation/skilled care including: physical therapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy, pain management, wound care, intravenous therapy, hospice care and individual care planning.

Y Long-term Care- When a loved one needs more care than can be provided
in other settings, our custodial care provides round-the-clock attention.

Y Respite Care-When caretakers need to rejuvenate or travel, we provide respite services.  We will care for your loved one overnight or for an extended stay.

Y Pastoral Care is coordinated by our Director of Mission and includes weekly celebration of Mass in our Chapel, daily Holy Communion and recitation of the
Holy Rosary.
